    Literally awful. ...

    Literally awful. No decision makers,They charge and arm and a leg for awful service. Lost my mats, didn't wash my engine, and their wasn't a manager in so they didn't want to refund me for the engine because they said that "wasn't something they could do". to top it off when they "lost" the mats for my Cadillac and I talked to a manager he said he would give me that in gift certificates back to their shop?? I don't want gift certificates back to their shop, I want my freaking mats!!CIRCUS!Awful!

    Their door and we...

    Their door and website say they open at 9. After waiting outside for over an hour, they unapologetically told me they open at 10 and that they had no appointments available.

    As per our 5 years in business,we are never late.This costumer must be comes on our shop on Sunday. And Sunday we open 10 am.You may not need appointments because we welcome walk in also.So look like this costumer has a misunderstanding.
