Horrible Gadget Store... Do not buy from here...

I do not recommend buying from this store. I bought a phone which did not come in the promised date and the phone was not in good condition at all. It was replaced, but had to wait for several days, and had to call the store several times because they don't inform you of the status of your order. Finally, when I was given the box set, it had a different phone headset and they refuse to change it. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store. Just plain horrible service. Buy elsewhere.

Bought a phone on...

Bought a phone on November 25th. Paid for it before getting the actual product so kinda my fault there. Was told I would get it on Novemebr 27. Never came. I waited until Decmber 4th to call and follow up to see where my phone was they kept me on hold for 15min and then hung up. I tried calling back numerous times afterwards but I kept getting their voicemail. 30 min later I show up to the store and I see two guys standing around doing nothing!
