Not sure Tiling is their forte

We hired this Father & Son team, and to our dismay, we asked them to not complete their tiling job as the tiles were all drooping down the side of the shower wall, no spacers, cut jaggedly. I literally had to remove is all before the mud had hardened overnight, and was not able to use many of the tiles that I had to remove. We then had a professional come in and redo the job, and you could tell the work of a professional after their botched job. Tiling is an art, and can not be rushed.
