My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

I would just like to thank the very professional lady at the desk who helped me with my online purchase of a desk for my grandson. Reading these reviews, a couple of comments, Store had a fire....website says closed till Sept 13th, feel bad for the new dealer. Some people will complain about sand in there room in Mexico.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Canadian Tire, You did something right! I normally do not write anything about stores, experiences that I have encounter, etc. Housewares.. Wednesday and raining.. Young lady gave me her card after helping me with a vacuum. So many to choose from. I'm in Waterdown, neighbor said the same..
