Had a bad experience there personally would not recommend. Very rude at times when asking a question.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Just bought a truck in sept-less than 3 months ago. Brings it into terra nova motors cause there is a pulsating when you hit the breaks. The service advisor I dealt with when dropping off my truck name was Glenn. He was absolutely ignorant and rude! I would rather pay for service somewhere else than ever go back there. His words to me was 'it's your first time here so it don't matter if you don't return!' ignorant isn't the word. rude is an understatement.

Everyone is always in such a fun mood! Lots of great energy!

The service department is terrible, they always make you feel rushed, like your bothering them. They have my vehicle for way too long and they never seem to get back with messages. I expect to be greeted with a smile and to be treated with respect and I want to feel safe driving my car after I leave your garage. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!!!
