    Would give minus score if I could. TERRIBLE service!!!! Said they delivered a package to my door, I received a text saying it was delivered, nothing was on my doorstep. I walked around my street in the pouring rain to see if it got dropped off at the wrong house - nothing. So I call the toll free number and spoke to some woman in California somewhere. They will not give out a local number! Now I have to put in a claim to UPS and one to Costco! No one knows where my package is!! Worst ever!!

    Your package has been delayed due to events beyond our control. Were adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible. I had this message 5 straight days now its unreal i know cause of Corona Virus and all but this is just to much!! I guess eventually i will get it sooner or later. I

    Ordered over $1000 worth of computer parts and it got delayed here for 3 days. Tracking updated 7 hours after it got delayed, and when it finally got delivered, they knocked once, left it on the doorstep and took off. No signature for a $1000 package?

    Waiting for a package from Mount Pearl for 4 days. Cause Severe weather or natural disaster. No natural disaster and weather is fine. No one answering the phone. This is called service. I recommend you try another carrier not UPS.

    worst service ever. Package showed scanned in NB 4 days before delivery date. Had to go out day before delivery date and checked tracking and said still in NB, goes out day before delivery and gets home to attempted delivery sign while tracking said still in NB. Then I call and tell them to please delivery before 12 next day and told okay it will be there before 12 and that was a lie. THE WORST COMPANY EVER AND WHY PEOPLE USE THEM IS BEYOND ME!!! PAY FOR CRAP SERVICE

    Package arrived in Mt. Pearl, the place of delivery on Monday, June 17, two days earlier than the expected date. Now the tracking displays a message that claims, Delay in delivery due to weather or natural disaster. I am also here in Mt Pearl. The weather is just fine and I believe Eddie Sheer would have said something about a natural disaster. Honesty goes a long way.

    They told me package was in town Thursday night next day sent me a message that package was delayed due to severe weather. Its been sunny and clear the whole time, I think they use this excuse when they cannot keep up. It no time to get here two days. Now its been here in Mount pearl for four days. Seems like they cannot handle this service and sending out bogus track reports.

    Expecting a package for warranty replacement from vendor who shipped it overnight via UPS. Arrived in town 5AM yesterday morning, scheduled for deliver today. Wife stayed home to get package. Call late afternoon from wife...no package. Login and track again. Says Severe Weather delay, delivery scheduled in 3 days. Its sunny with no clouds, less than 5 KPH wind, and the package is already in town...But wait 3 more days due to severe weather?

    by and far the worst delivery system period. costco ships by ups and this has got to change. always the same , delays delays delays . never even close to the expected delivery date. weeks some times . i have contacted costco and explained this totally frustrating method of shipping. i am sure there are thousands of custumers over a period of time in the same boat. they assure me they will help. it would be impossible for ups to get any worse and still they keep beating the odds.

    Just about every day for the past 2 weeks, I have gotten a notice that my package would arrive the next day between the hours of 10 and 2. Then that would follow with another message saying it may be delayed.I have yet to get any package. I cannot stay at home every day from 10-2 waiting to see if the package will arrive. I do not understand why they send me a message when they do not even have the package here at their depot. This is so frustrating. I am not happy at all with this service.

    Package is in limbo somewhere. No one know where is is. No phone number for local customer service. Called 1-800# and they cannot give me a local number to call. This is the service we are paying for!!!!!

    No stars Lazy drivers. Require no signature. Emails saying package will be delayed then it arrives driver will not even bring to door No trolley. And item too heavy.

    Drivers here are un education and have non grade 1 education and can not read shipping labels and when you call UPS they are worst company on earth to deal with

    Horrible service. Horrible policies. They randomly lost a package belonging to me that was worth over $1000 CAD. Gone. No explanation, no ability to track it. They reimbursed $65 TO THE COMPANY WHO SHIPPED MY PACKAGE. The package never turned up, and nothing was ever done to rectify anything. They also had a lazy habit of leaving packages with my neighbours (which I also never received). I will never, ever pay for their services again. Neither should you. Shipper beware!

    I had an item delivered that was supposed to require my signature... I came home to it sitting in front of my door in the pouring rain, soaking wet and destroyed. At other times I've received a knock on the door, and the delivery guy is in his truck driving away before I even answer the door, with my package sitting on the ground. What if I was gone for a week on vacation? Wait for me to answer the door at least!

    Its a funny thing that no matter what you get brought from the states or anywhere else for that matter,if it comes by UPS there ate always duties put on it! A $5 item will have $35 or $40 smacked on it!
