Terrible customer service in store, got yelled at from manager for requesting exchange of top without a bill. I should be shot for not keeping the bill once in 10yrs as a loyal customer.
My order was cancelled although at the time of ordering it , the item
was available. Since I have been planning on wearing a Pointelle
Trim Bolero to one of the imported family gatherings , its cancellation inconveniences me to a great degree. Clearly , the company experiences serious issues with product availability and is,
therefore , very unreliable.In light of the above, I will hesitate to place any order with this Company again.

Their customer service for their online orders is nil. Due to a family death we had to return a too small bridesmaid dress after the 14day policy. (at 21days) and was informed that we would have to accept a huge drop in price as well as pay the shipping to return it. No appropriate size available for exchange. Was given attitude when I called and was told to send an email when I already had with no response. Not a great shopping online experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
