We have gone to this restaurant a few times. The food and service was great. It is one of those restaurants that you plan to have a nice meal, since everything is made for you not by the mass and then warmed for your plate
Excellent food! The garlic butter bread sticks are to die for! Definitely make reservations. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while for your food, but it is worth it. Big portions too!

My girlfriend and I wanted to try this place out after hearing how amazing their breadsticks were. So, we made reservations for 7pm, and went there. Well, we arrived at 6:50pm, and a table wasn't ready so we waited. At about 7:15pm, we were still waiting, and we were told that it would be another half hour wait. I thought the point of reservations was to "reserve" a table at a specific time? Anyways, they said we could leave and come back in half an hour...so we did. When we came back, they told us that since we left, they gave our table away. We left.
I hate to admit this, but we tried this place again because we were still curious about the food. Second time around, we made reservations, and were seated half an hour after our reserved time. Food was great, the waitresses were great, but the lady who seats you (I think she's either the manager or owner) is horrible...HORRIBLE. I think since we were younger, she didn't really care for our service. Good food, but if you want to eat at 7pm, make your reservations for 5pm.
