They forgot fries the first time we went here. Said they would add it to our next order. So second time we called to order and told them what happened and we would like the fries with this order it took 5 minutes to flip through all of the papers of missing food items. Where is your first sign that this place needs new management!!! Anyway we placed the order they said it would be an hour. Said ok. Took an hour and a half. Then finally got to eat chicken with feathers still on it. Won’t go back!

I'd drive 30 minutes for a taco any day. But waiting 30 minutes to place an order would be terrible. Haven't experienced any bad service yet

One star because ...

One star because we actually like Taco Bell but this had to have been the SLOWEST one out there. It took over 30 mins to place and receive an order for one taco, on a Sunday evening. We opted to go inside because the drive thru looked too busy. People turned off their engines in the drive thru because they were basically parked in line. So this is not a review of the food, but the slow speed of the restaurant itself.
