I haven't been a fan since I asked teh waitress if I could have a couple of pieces of tomato on my salad and she told me that they would have to charge me for that. Now they came out with their chicken wings..have you seen those...must be mutant chickens because I have never seen chickens that small. I go if someone else chooses to go here, but it's not a place I choose myself.
I have never liked Boston Pizza and my sister loves this Boston Pizza. So to keep her happy I went to this Boston Pizza! What a shock--the service was fabulous--the salad, YUMMY! WOW this place is great! You may have changed my concrete mind about Boston Pizza!!
Food was hot and delicious. Ice tea refills were very prompt. One warning to would be diners; beware of the dreaded add-on items. The picture on the menu shows a nice caesar salad beside the entree. The server politely offers you a starter caesar with your meal. Oh, would you like cheese on that garlic toast as well? Then WHAM! your bill is $10 higher than you expected! You've been warned............
I cam in with my family and sat on the bar side, a bit noisy but wonderful service. Within 5 minutes we had menus and drinks in front of us! wonderful service and very friendly outgoing waitress! (Courtney) pricey, but worth it! wonderful food will defiantly go back!!
The tuscan pizza is amazingly good and the service was awsome (thanks Charlie!) This is one place where our kids and us agree on. The kids loved and ate everything. The waitress (charlie) treated our kids so nicely - they loved her! Dessert - the vanilla cheescake - awesome. Never been diappointed here!
We keep returning to this place because it is so hard to find such attentive, professional staff in this town anymore. We always eat at the bar and the bar staff, past and present, are always great. Boston Pizza knows good service and hires its staff accordingly. You pay a little more for the pizza, but it's well worth it.
This was my second time being served by the same waitress who rushed us through our orders, and did not check to see if we were enjoying our dining experience. It was also the second time she rudely accused me of not paying for my meal which I had and regretfully tipped her for both times. I refuse to ever step into Memorial Boston Pizza willingly ever again.
This place is consistently incredible in all facets. Awesome food, superb service & a very pleasurable dining experience, be it on the dining side or the bar side. Throw you diet out the window when you come in....it's worth it. Top quality ingredients are used & it shows. Always served by friendly, courteous staff & the restaurant is always very clean. Highly recommended.
This restaurant is very casual and I love there food this is an awsome restaurant!!!
I have been going to this Boston Pizza for 3 years now and it has always exceeded my expectations!! Between the food, atmosphere and staff the combination is hard to top amoung the Thunder Bay restaurant sector. Dave rocks on the bar as well as Justene, Patty and Sonia. Dwane and John have been great on the management team and have always made my visit a pleasure stopping by my table to ensure everything was perfect!! Bring back the Raviolli bites though!!!
Ahhhh Boston! They recently changed their menus offering more options for vegetarians and they also raised the prices too. I really like their appetizers, but some of them are the same price as an entree. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you've got a hunkering for really good expensive pizza.
Everyone was happy with their food. Boston Pizza is consistant with their quality. The server was pleasant but not too knowledgeable. We were sitting in the sports BAR & she didn't know what bitters were & the bar didn't even stock it. A vital ingredient to many drinks. The atmosphere was horrible though. With such high ceilings & so much noise, it's hard to hear the people in your party talk. If you want an evening to talk with out of town guests, go somewhere else.
