The Exterior Doctor

Garry came to our home several weeks ago, took photos, and we never heard from him again despite multiple follow-ups. If Garry did not want the job, we would accept that, but the vanishing act is extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend using the Exterior Doctor.

Called Gary and he agreed to come by our house to look at our needs and provide a quote. Never heard from him again. I called him 3 times again but never had a call back. Wasted over a week on this. Ended up contacting another company that completed the job.

Gary provided a prompt and reasonable estimate and we agreed on a price. Never heard from him again despite leaving several phone messages. A waste of my time - not recommended.
