We get take out. The drive thru is terribly slow . Asked for utensils with our meals but received none . This is the second time this has happened . Quality of the food is great but really need to speed up the drive thru and give utensils so we do not have to eat our dinner with our fingers as we were not dining at home.
I ordered 56.00 worth of food of Aug 21st. When we got home without going through the bag entirely, we noticed that our desserts werent there. So I called and told them we had shopping to do so we would pick them up. The guy was very apologetic and gave me 2 coupons for a free appetizer. The expiration date was 2013 and it is 2015. When we did sit down and eat we were also missing sour creme and chives and gravy. Will never go there again.
Typical Swiss Chalet. It seems to be very clean and well run location. The food was served in reasonable time and the order was correct. Really what more can you ask for with this being a national chain. Good meal as usual
I went in with a friend VERY close to close (about 10 too) to order takeout, staff was very friendly, we both ordered a chicken wrap with fries, it came out in a very timely manor.
Only issue was paying with debit, the server had to get her supervisor to help as she had already counted her float. this was compeletely understandable considering the time of night!
I will definately return!
We are regular customers to this restaurant. We tried many others.. Quality and value of the food makes this restaurant the best choice ...Were can you dine and be well SERVED for about $ 10.
We went to lunch there the service was ok to start but the server brought the wrong meal to my husband and then when I went to pay with a gift card they told me I couldn't because the gift card machine was down, I should have been told at the beginning. This is the second time there that the food was way over priced for lunch and the service substandard - wont' go again.
When our family went there for Lunch we were seated right away and the girl was back in about 2 min to take our drink order... All ther servers were willing to help each other out(which is rare to see) They were alll pleasent, and the food was out within 30 min and it was hot and the server came back to make sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything else....Well to me that is great service from a great resurant....Maybe you were having a bad day

Went for dinner with the girlfriend....terrible service took 25mins for our drinks and it wasn;t even busy! The waitress forgot to ring in our order it took over 50mins for a cheese burger and wrap...never knew it toook so long to cook.I will never be returning... neither should you.
