I've placed my Mobility order on 27th of August. It is 12th of September. I still didn't receive my phone. And I have been billed on 1st of September for the service I have not started using yet. Today, my phone has been sent back to their warehouse. I am contacing everyday to be introduced to another incompetent agent that can only report my call but not solve my problem. They won't let me pick up from their shop, won't bring it to my address.I'm not getting any updates through e-mail or text.
