Great company friendly staff
Cindy and her team were wonderful to do service with and the provided an excellent service for an amazing price! Would 100% recommend and use again!
Initial quote & arrangements seemed great, however on pickup day movers were late, so I called Cindy to find out why, & she stated the pickup was scheduled for next week. Got movers to come anyway—over an HOUR & A HALF LATER. Was then told couldn't move piano w/ only 2 men due to it's size/weight. I reiterated several times I had given Cindy ALL info about location & size of piano. During this time, NO ONE could contact Cindy via phone/text. DISORGANIZED, POOR COMMUNICATION.
I will never trust CW with a piano move again. My grand piano was scheduled to be moved during the morning, and after checking with them a few times times throughout the day with no response, they told me by late that evening the pickup would not happen. We then were guaranteed an 8am pick up the next morning, and they showed up an hour and a half late. They are clearly unorganized with terrible service and communication.
Our business has used CW Movers twice and they were prompt, careful and friendly in moving our upright. I was just looking up their number today to ask them for a 3rd move, and am sorry the previous customer had a bad experience since ours was great.
Given a window of 8:30 - 11:30. Didn't show up until 1 pm. Calls to "Cindy" went unanswered, and she doesn't bother to set up her vm. She called me at 2 pm, and went on to tell me that they need to set up there day to make sure they are not criss-crossing the city. That is fine, but once you make your plan why not contact your customer and let them know. Cindy doesn't care to hear any of this, that is their policy. She is not concerned with any of your problems. For the price they should call!
Found this company to be less than competent and I would not trust my piano again.
