The office in Meriden is never open them they charge you a $10 late fee its getting redicules. The office manager lives on the property.

The fees after the first month promoted rates are exorbitant and heaven forbid you miss a payment they do very little to work with you and do not accept any payment arrangements, they do not care to work towards a resolution which benefits both sides rather their policies and procedures are only in place to benefit Access Storage with no regard for the irriplacable belongings of the family unit.

My belongings in the storage unit in London Norwood was thrown out even though I was still paying. I want to know what access Storage will do about it, because so far I just got an email as if the matter is closed.

this facility in brampton is the run very poorly some of the people are very ignorant to you.I tried to get a number for head office to settle an argument and they said they dont have that number.I do nor reccamend this storage facility to anyone
