Booked an appointment on line , got a confirmation email and in that email i was informed I would be contacted within 24 hrs. I ended up having to call them only to find out they knew nothing of my order despite sending an email confirmation. Gentlemen on the phone insisting problem was at my end and not recognizing that perhaps the problem was with his online ordering system.

Went in for emergency. These guys could not have been more helpful. Fast, polite and friendly. Very engaged. Incredibly positive experience. I will be back. Thanks guys.

Arrived early for appointment. No problem, in and out in twenty minutes and had a nice coffee while I waited. Free shopping bag and calendar, see you in the spring.
