Terrible experience with owner

I bought $8000 worth of hardwood from TDI in July 2014. Due to an honest mistake on my contractor's part, approx $1500 worth of the wood was left over. I should have tried to sell the extra boxes myself. Unfortunately I contacted Fred, the owner, who agreed to take it back and sell the wood for me. Then he avoided my calls and never returned any of my messages. When I finally got hold of him, he said he doesn't really owe me anything. What a terrible experience.

Fred Pashootani is a thief and grinds workers he gets from anywhere, mostly from Kijiji and Craiglist and Trusted Pros/Handy Canadian. He doesnt know these individuals or know the quality of their work. He also grinds then and then tries not to pay. In my opinion, do not hire him or have him consult on any job of yours whatsoever.
