Why am I surprised, on two visits, if your not buying and just want info about your machine/warranty, its like, go try that line up, you may as well not exist.

Awesome service. Hard workers

Horrible customer service. Waited around far too long for the one knowledgeable person who could help us - we never did get to speak to him, and the rest of the barely functioning staff were useless. You lost our business!!!
