I thought after the new change of ownership the service might have changed, so I gave it a chance. Nope I was wrong, the staff still act like your a thief and follow you around. Then when you do make a purchase it's a big inconvenience for them. They are very unappreciative of your buisness, not sure how they have survived in a small town.
I purchased a sweater at Perth Fashion Mill on 12/31/14. I am not happy with the quality. When I looked at the receipt today to find no refund policy. I was not informed at the time of the purchase. When I called to speak with the owner, he asked me why I purchased the sweater if I was not happy with the quality; he said the policy was on the receipt and that I was lucky he answered the phone. He then proceeded to ask if I could call back tomorrow. When should be informed of a no refund policy?
