The UPS Store

Worst service ever! I have paid 125 dollars for next morning express service, and UPS did not bother to deliver the first day. The next day they left notice. They did not use supplied phone or email to communicate, and fix problems which prevented them to deliver. I was waiting for two days, and still have no package! I have tried to talk to this shipper and I was brushed off. UPS did not respond to emails. I lost 125 dollars and valuable shipment. They just do not care!

Been to this store a few times and each time, I left VERY happy and satisfied with the service. The staff there are quick, friendly and extremely helpful. I was being helped by the owner there the last time I went in and he was amazing! Good job guys

What an unprofess...

What an unprofessional place. They couldn't find my package and the manager, Frank started defending himself saying I didn't have the right tracking number when he had signed for it the day before. I showed him my drivers licence and he said that wasn't a valid piece of idea??? I travel across the country with my driver's licence.Never again will I set foot in that store.UPS dispatcher had to send someone get my package for me and bring it to my home and apologized on his behalf.
