Milano Pizzeria

We went after the Remembrance Day Ceremony. Almost fell into the washroom. It is in a dark corner, no lights. Washroom filthy, Broken, sticky, dirty floor, pee in urinal. The floor of the restaurant was also dirty. After trying 3 different tables and finding them all dirty and sticky, we decided we no longer wanted to eat there. The workers did not seem to really be sure of the prices, made errors in pricing and could only refund 10 of our 60 dollars "because no supervisor there." I am sorry to

Best pizza in town; super friendly and cool staff. Ask for the pineapple pizza - it's superb!

Honestly the best...

Honestly the best pizza in ottawa and by far the best Milano's in ottawa. The guys at this location have always been super friendly and happy. Literally can't stand eating pizza anywhere else now because it never compares. The guys make this place just as special as the pizza.

They make bad piz...

They make bad pizza. I asked the guy if he could heat up my pizza longer than usual, and it still came out somewhat cold. The cheese was not even melted, and the dough seemed uncooked, and the guy that works there is depressing . He never smiles, and looks like he is about to shoot someone. They don't care about the customers, and they need to get rid of that one guy that always works there during the day, and is so sad. Never greets his customers properly. They never have toilet paper.
