    Terrible hair cut from this place twice. Will never return, ever. One of the worst salons downtown, I do not know how theyre still in business.

    Went to get an ombré done and came out 5 hours later with choppy brown to blonde, no blending and 340$, very uninpressed

    Worst place you c...

    Worst place you can go in Ottawa. I had highlights and a cut. Burnt my hair, weird hair cut, bad customer service. Wasted my time, hair and money.
