The cost (more than double the initial quote), demands for payment up front, protracted delays (29 months from the time the contract was signed until they stopped responding), poor communication, repeated no-shows, damages, multiple threats of work stoppages, along with what, in my opinion, is the owner's unprofessional conduct, makes CHS the worst contractor I've ever hired.

I can say their pre-sale service is excellent. They responded quickly, provided an estimate within a few days and have booked the work. So far, so good. I will keep you posted on the end product.

I am planning to enclose my porch by adding a new door and window. I contacted this company. They said they could do it. So we made an appointment to do free estimate. However they have never shown up.

We just had several projects completed. Our roof was the latest job, the job was done very well. A few friends said these guys are very very good. Also, they had done our basement last year and I never got around to saying a big thanks. We had great service, but they really paid attention to all of our requests and for that we are truly happy. Our next project will be the ensuite bathroom. These guys are now our only contractor for our home renovations.

Capital Home Services is number one in my books. My entire house has been painted inside and outside. I wanted a company who could do the proper wood repairs and plaster, stucco etc, What a great finish. We have had many compliments. Also had the company do interlock work and they did my roof. We are planning on having them do our basement next, then a bathroom.. later on. What a great bunch..I will never call on another company again. Marcus Shapiro

I had Capital do my roof and also a foundation repair. and my experience with this company was great. They did a great job and kept the property clean and organized.
