Worst to go. Management not professional at all. No concept of customer services! The tech who took care of me was very ok and she did a good job. But one could feel that the staff is under pressure.

3rd time ive been there leaving with perfect nails :)

?? ;my tech tried cutting my nails as they are long I asked to soak them off as I had long natural nails ..she ripped them off with another nail Whatever you’know ..she begins drilling my nail I look down after a few moments as my nail is burning she’d made a hole in my natural nail it was burned and broken. And could possibly cause a fungle infection.. The other techs didn’t think it was an issue I was refused a discount as they took off perfectly good nails ; left with nothing don’t go

Worst place to get nails. They over book and leave you waiting without saying anything co.pletly disrespwvyful and uave ZERO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WORAT NAIL SALON IVE EVER SET FOOT IN

I visited on September 28th to get my nails. The lady who did the job is not professional, zero in customer handling. She was pulling the skin and cuticles instead of properly addressing them. In between the job instead of drying the quote with dryer/light/fan she asked to wait and took another customer. She did not finish the job with final quote. On complaint to the managment, she did apply the final quote, The result is very bad and all the nails are chipped now. Definitely NOT RECOMENDED

Terrible Terrible Terrible Service!!! Had an apt for 1pm - took them 2 1/2 hrs. There was 3 people working- each serving 2-3 people at a time. I chose a design from their board to have on every nail - told it was too hard to do and was asked to choose another design (why have the option on your board if you cant do it) I was also told that a design on each nail was too much! Needless to say, I now have plain white nails all botched up! Do not waste you time n money
