Front desk service was terrible from one girl!! She was not helpful and unfriendly... Wow. Tyler was courteous and friendly. Only spoke with him afterwards. Parking situation was a joke !!! had to drive 4 blocks away from hotel to park because the underground parking was full, which we had to pay for. The blond girl at the front gave us a room with 1 queen bed. ?!? Really? Good thing we're not big people. First terrible experience in Ottawa at a hotel downtown. Stayed in many!
