Left home knowing your Drive-Thru hours are until 1am Friday nights. When I pulled up to the order speaker... two cars were being serviced in front of me. After sitting there for a minute or two... a gentleman said to me we are closed. I asked him what time was it. He responded 12:55 I asked are you not open until 1am? his reply was we are closed. I am a customer service trainer and hate when an establishment doesnt care about the customer NOT Acceptable. I will share this! Thomas
