I would recommend The Rad Shop to anyone who needs an honest garage to go to with their car. They are the nicest people, trustworthy, so when you go there you know they will not take you to the cleaners with unnecessary repairs. It is so hard to find a decent garage where the owners and their staff of mechanics are great workers. There is no one better than Rob when it come to finding the true cause of an issue and getting it fixed.

Even though they are specialists in radiators by name, these guys are exceptional for general repairs as well. Convenient and reasonably priced, I take all my general repairs to them now. They have a tech there who's an expert in Subaru performance cars and I trust him to help me manage the mtce of my 10-year old car. It's great how they explain repairs and solutions, and deliver what they promise. I also appreciate how they help prioritize repairs to help me manage my affairs.

They have been there 39 years. I think it is a day or two too long. New rad car overheated on way home. Had to add 2 gallons of water. Called the next day and they insisted they put the correct amount in. How did it take an addition 2 gal if they had it full. Employee treats customers as if they are stupid.
