Great but several defective

LOVE my Seneca smooth menthols but have had to throw away several cause the wrap around the filter was not glued on n the filters are falling off n i cant smoke the cigarette...manufacturing issue..please fix

Hello my name is larry.i have been smoking your Seneca cigars for two years.i enjoy them very much.but in the last three weeks I have had to discard several cigars due to coming unwrapped.i don't like to complain.but they cost money.is there any way you can make it right with me I would appreciate it thank you
