Horribly run, nobody to ask questions, and abusive testers. Do not go under any circumstances. I have been calling for a week to make a complaint but get disconnected every time. Public servants should be helpful snd respectful, not insensitive and cruel.

Very slow service . Takes couple hours for your turn

the wait times are horrendous doesnt matter when you go. Parking is hit and miss. Its obvious another location needs to be opened in Oakville or more staff to be made available. No way should it take the 3 - 4 hours to get service.

First off, don't waste your time calling. Second, if you're booking a road test, DON'T. I was told by the Oakville Centre that I had to wait 3 months before I could get in for a test. Go elsewhere if possible. Never again will i use this location.

After three failed attempts to even get in the door at the Brampton centre, I took a day off work, pulled my son out of school, and drove to Orangeville to take his G1 test. We arrived shortly before noon and were told it would be a three hour wait. They would not allow us in the building to get a ticket with a number, because there were so many people inside they were over fire code. We waited outside in the cold for THREE HOURS without getting a ticket. When I went in to ask, I was yelled at!
