Ordered 2 chicken cesar salads for delivery .The charge was approximitly $45 .The salads came and they were gross . There was exactly 7 small squares of chicken on each salad , lumps of fake bacon bits that were from a package with a small amount of dressing on each . When I contacted the store they wanted to give me a credit for an appetizer . I declind as I had just thrown out $45 worth of salad from East Side Marios . They use to be a great restraunt but now they use prepackaged ingredients .
I hadn't been here in years and thought it might be a fun place to take my kids. They quite enjoyed it and the little ice cream cones were a hit, but it definitely wasn't a treat for mom. The food was horrendous. First I ordered a chicken dish with a lemon sauce....Ugh, it was so bad, I couldn't eat it. I was going to try and force it down, but the waitress said that if I didn't love it, there was no problem bringing me a new dish. She then brought me some rolls with spinach in them. They were just as horrible. I didn't bother telling her that it wasn't good and ate as much as I could stomach. Needless to say, I did not take my leftovers home. So, in conclusion. The food is horrible, the kids love it there, and the service is excellent. Depending on what is important to you, this may or may not be a good place for you.
Well this ESM in North Bay is just like any other ESM in the world.
Consistent food, busy spot... fill up on salad/soup and take your pasta home!

We were visiting North Bay and had dinner at East Side Marios yesterday. We enjoyed the best meal we've had in quite some time. Food was excellent, hot, and service by Karli was even better! Price was reasonable and we were impressed by portion size.
We are having a difficult time understanding some of the other reviews we've been reading, but are pleased our visit was satisfactory plus!

Rotisserie chicken was good probably the best I have ever eaten at East Side Marios. I can't say the same for the pizza it was horrendous! How could a place that claims fame to the "Italian" theme in regards to pizza and pasta make such an appalling pizza? Plain and simple it was not a pizza it was a Bruschetta with way too much goat cheese that prevented the cheap bread or what ever you would like to call that poor excuse for dough from cooking properly. The server was very kind and offered to take it back and drop the cost from the bill. When we asked if all pizzas are made with this "Dough/bread" with an embarrassed look in her eyes responded "yes, I think they changed it and they are all like that now" If your going to sell pizza then sell PIZZA don‘t try too speed wait times up by sacrificing the quality of your food!!!

I have gone to this place quite a few times. For your standard Family roadhouse fare, it's pretty good. Their kitchen staff does negelect some of the special instructions from guests though. My wife cannot eat Mayonaisse - she has a terrible allergic reaction to it. Of course we both make a big fuss at order time about "NO MAYO". So, how did she get the sandwich - WITH MAYO!! They made her a new one without problem, but only used half the meat (I swear they used half the meat from the first sandwich and ate the stuff themselves that had mayo on it...).
The manager did hear us complain and gave us a $10 voucher for the "next" time we visit. My Phillicheese was ok. I've had better - but it seemed rather flavourless. Maybe they were having a bad day - usually it's much nicer there.
I like this place but the food is pretty bland when it comes to flavor. If anyone disagrees then I suggest you try some real food with some real flavor and then tell me if I'm wrong. It's a good place to go with a group of friends before a movie but I don’t suggest going here if its for GOOD food. The food is just okay in my book. That’s all.
