We just got our first Hot Tub and we were so happy and satisfied with the customer service that we got from Club Piscine Nepean personnel. Specifically, Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was very welcoming to all of our questions (and we had a LOT of questions!). Thanks a lot!

Ward is SO KNOWLEGEABLE & PERSONABLE

I called Club Piscine this morning and spoke to Ward about a ladder for an inground pool and a new roller for the solar blanket. He was incredible. He explained the options to me and then put me on hold for a minute to make sure my products were in stock. I live in Orleans but it was so worth the 25 minute drive to meet Ward and have him serve me in person. I have been dealing with another big local pool company for years but have given up, they don't have any knowledgeable people on the floor.

Shopping at Club Piscine is always an enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, willing to help you find what you’re looking for. With their wide variety of products they have everything you need for your pool, hot tub, backyard patio, and even your home gym at excellent prices. I get my water tested at Club Piscine monthly!

Great service

I've been a loyal Club Piscine customer for many years now and I have always gotten great service there. The employees are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a wide range of products and great prices! I strongly suggest them to everyone.

Good prices but terrible service.

I have purchased numerous items from Club Piscine for my pool and spa - cleaners, chemicals, filter components, etc. It has been my experience that if there is a problem, be prepared to fight to get service, repair or replace something broken. Keep all receipts and get warranty details up front. Once you walk out the door with the product, you are on your own. I will not shop there again.
