I have been a customer at the Canadian Tire in Bells Corners for more than 30 years. The work on my car has been good but I've sometimes felt overcharged. This week I was asked to pay over $800 to install a pressure hose on my power steering. I did some research and discovered it was a 2-3 hour job. I went down the street and was quoted $250 for the same work so I had it done there. Imagine that... charging a loyal customer 3 times what it is worth! I am so disappointed and I won't be back!

I had a problem with my car; the engine light came on and the car was shaking. Fortunately I was close to Canadian Tire in Bells Corners so I stopped in. It was almost closing time but the Manager got my car in, the mechanic did a diagnostics and replaced a coil and I was on my way. Great service, very courteous and caring staff.

Took my car for wheel balancing yesterday which they did on the spot while I waited. the gentleman at the counter was a very courteous and professional. I wish I had taken his name to recommend his outstanding service. Car runs great and I am a satisfied client. Going back to same place next time.
