Buyer beware! We purchased a washer and dryer with installation from Canadian Appliance Source on Merivale Road in Ottawa. We had not moved the machines since they were installed. We recently had some warranty maintenance done on the washer and the technicial (from an LG accredited company) was horrified to discove CAS installed our dryer with cinched flex hose. Now we are being given the run around by their delivery service and customer care. I would not purchase from them again.

Would have given them no stars if I could. Easily the worst experience Ive had buying any appliance in my entire life and Im 55 years old. Bought a small Danby fridge in late June and it took a month to come in from Guelph Ontario. I checked Google Maps and I could have walked it in faster. Then we plug it in and it cant go below 5C which is a problem since we need to keep milk there. Now the fun starts as the company tells me that Im now on my own with Danby. Steer clear and go elsewhere
