    Good customer communication and initiative

    Had an amazing experience with Mini Pavers. At first I was skeptical of their craftsmanship as only a few days after my driveway was done I began to see tire marks wherever I drove my car. Against my better judgement, I did not call and ask about it I just assumed they did a bad job and told people that asked not to contact these guys. Their office, however, took the initiative to call me and informed me that this was normal. Here I am one year later with the best driveway on the street! Thanks!

    I have saw some o...

    I have saw some of there work and it looked good. Mine I was not happy with at all from the edges not being straight to foot prints all over from them walking on it before it was hard enough. Not happy.

    Highly recommended

    The neighbors and us both got a driveway done this summer and appreciated the work done. They even helped patch a friend's cracked driveway with some spare asphalt they had after the job (free of cost). The owner is very nice and the workers love to chat and explain any questions you have. Highly recommended.

    Professional

    Expert service and professionalism from the minute they took the estimate to the day it was done. Even though weather was non-permitting on the originally scheduled date, they immediately communicated the fact and rescheduled accordingly. Perfect example of a responsible and professional business.

    In JUNE they did ...

    In JUNE they did an estimate. They rescheduled this work multiple times, and not showed up (this went on until today) We called them multiple times and were reassured that they were going to be coming. At one point when we attempted to cancel their services they informed my father that they could sue him (which is not possible since there was no contract). At times they did not return calls. I am appalled about how unprofessional they are and the horrible customer service.

    We have been now ...

    We have been now waiting over two months to have a residential job done. We were told that it would be done a month and half ago...not started yet we have no idea if they will ever do it. They never return calls and they don't seem to know what each other is doing.

    Amazing

    Amazing quality driveway, they're not afraid to adapt to your requests and they get the job done in barely a couple hours! Be warned, neighbours may become extremely jealous.
