Heading out of town and needed a sole on my heel."give me your shoe" The man literally fixed it on the spot. And put a paper down for my bare foot while waiting. Couldn't ask for better service!
My Birks needed resoling and a leather boot needed a new zipper. The replaced zipper matched the original perfectly and my Birks look like new. Reasonable price, beautiful work, done in 1.5 weeks. Called me when ready for pick up. Will be back to replaced heals on pumps.
I brought my shoes in for an urgent repair. He was able to provide the service while I ran errands in the mall. I'm so thankful that I didn't need to return the following day. My high heels were repaired perfectly so I didn't need to spend hours looking for a new pair. Thank you so much!

I received excellent customer service at this store. I had a vintage purse that needed a new strap and they custom made one for me. The quality and speed of the repair surpassed our agreed timing. I highly recomend this company.
I love these guys! I try to buy only quality shoes, and of course I bug them on their opinion as to whether the quality of my show is actually good. But the real point is, I take my shoes that I carefully select to them for fixing because they do the job right and very very quickly too. Because of them my investments(shoes) have lasted as long as they have!
When I accidentally sprayed my black leather shoe white (I thought the spray was clear), they helped me tremendously! Showed me the product I needed to remove the white, and the spray needed to get them back black. My shoes look better now then they did in the first place - thank you Shoe Doctor!

Very satisfied with the service, one of the best shoe repair stores I have ever dealt with. I am a person that likes to keep my old shoes, and this is the only place where your old shoes can become new again!!!! I recommend this place for everyone who expects great customer service. Really appreciate the advice they always give you on products they offer, such as shoe polish & protectors. Realistic pricing, I also bring here my purses and leather jackets and never been disappointed!
Excellent customer service and amazing job well done!! I brought my Christian Louboutins and a pair of Prada heels for red leather sole protector and heel repair. I was very impressed how perfect the repair looked and it was all done within my time frame.For my Chritian Louboutins designer heels now they have the red leather sole protectors and they look great. They were friendly, inexpensive, courteous and accommodating in regards to when I needed them back. No rush, so one week later, my shoes were like new & I was happy. Highly recommend them for your expensive designer shoe repair & other items.
This place is amazing! I went in to get a clasp fixed on a designer purse that had broke. The clasp connected the handle to the purse. I had previously been told that the original clasp was not fixable and that I would have to replace it, meaning that I would have two different kinds on either side of the handle and that the leather handle would also have to be cut open and stitched back up. When I went to the Shoe Doctor, the manager fixed the original clasp within 10 minutes!!! Thank you!

I've been going to Shoe Doctor for over 10 years now and have NEVER had a poor experience. I've taken a wide variety of pairs including many satin shoes for dying. My shoes have always come out looking newer than when I bought them the first time! I've also gotten my leather purse repaired. No one can tell it had been repaired!!! They have always done a fabulous job and the work has always been done to extremely high standards. Cannot thank them enough. A+++
Dropped off my boots at the Shoe Doctor to get the sole repaired as well as a polish. Returned to pick up my boots several days later and noticed that there is now a hole in the left boot just past the end of the laces on the left side. Now I don't know what occurred between the time that I dropped off the boots and the time that I picked them up, but somewhere between then, there was damage done to my boots resulting in a hole that I now see. Now he did repair the split in the sole as well as polish the boots. The polishing job was not the best and could definately use improvement. So although he did what I asked, he also did something that I did not ask for which is the hole. What bothers me is that the guy not only denies any wrongdoing, but also refuses to do anything to make things right. He indicated that he can try to repair the hole, but it will still be visible on the outside. He also indicated that he would charge me another $20 if I wanted that done. So I paid $41.80 and now have a pair of boots that are worse off then when I dropped them off essentially making them useless to me. I would have been better off not paying the $41.80 and just throw them out as that's all the boots are good for now. For a business to place blame on the customer but to also not even offer to provide any way to make things right without charging the customer more money, I can not recommend a business like this to anyone.
