Tonight the women taking our order did not do a very good job. Was trying to support local food establishments but she was too busy laughing while taking our order to do it correctly, missing one order and the desserts. Will have to try another Greek restaurants for our business.
Their chicken souvlaki dinner used to be $8.95. However, now is 10.95! Quite the jump in price. To be fair, their portion size I believe has gotten bigger along with it. As well, they drizzle now this brown gravy type sauce over the chicken. I wish they would provide some tzatziki sauce for the potatoes.
Minos take out is a great restaurant when you need something quick. The family meals are well priced with lots of food.
There is usually a line so expect to wait a bit, but if you call ahead, you can get a family meal in about 10 minutes from call to pick-up.
Decent clean food, HUGE portions. Really nice qulity food but we were rushd to put our order in. Nevertheless, we enjoyed take out and will return for seconds and thirds. By comparitive standards, this place is excellent in this small city and the food is comparable to what you will find in a big city like Montreal or Kingston. Tasty but a wee bit expensive. Oh and ONE plate is large enough for two people.
