Terrible service, shouldn’t take 2 hours to have lunch off the lunch menu.

Went out for a nice dinner with my boyfriend. Waitress very friendly but his meal came out first and someone else had taken my pizza. So I got to sit and watch him eat dinner. My pizza was ready when we were ready to leave. They took a whole $6 off of my bill. When I got home I opened up the pizza box ha wrong pizza ?very disappointing evening

I can't even give one star cause our evening was so horrible. We took our 3 kids for dinner and first our table was given to someone else. Then we had to wait 15 min for a server to come and acknowledge our existence, then another 30 for our drink! Our food finally came after over an hour! The server was more than willing to give us salad to make us happy when In reality, if you wanna make parents happy make the kids happy! This is not rocket science! When we finally asked for dessert, it took another 30 min. before my husband went up and just asked for it so we could leave. We have vowed as a family to never go to East Sides again. So sad when our first date 14 years ago was an east sides....

old reliable

Always reliable, kids love the pasta. Honestly haven't had anything I dislike. We also love their salads. My kids will always pick East Side Marios if given the choice!

We went on a Saturday around 7pm. It was very busy and were told it would be 20 minutes however we only waited about 5 minutes. I ordered the cheese cappelletti and my friend the rotisserie chicken with veggies. All I can say is thank goodness for the bread and salad. Both were fantastic and luckily we managed to fill up on those given our meals were tiny tiny. My friend`s chicken piece was small and dry and she was given a skewer with about 6 pieces of veggies on it...a few minutes later the server who brought our food (not our server) came back with a bowl of veggies as he stated he felt bad about how pathetically tiny the portion was! My cheese capelletti was served on a bowl that was more like a plate and there were honestly about 10 capelletti`s on it. Both meals were over $10.00 and for us, we got our money`s worth since we went to town on the salad and bread...for those that are going there for the actual meal, you will be disappointed and remain hungry aftter your meal, I guarantee it. If you`re going to have such small portion sizes, at least drop the prices to reflect this. I highly recommend going here if you;re looking for good salad and bread and think of your main course as an extra.
