This place came up when I asked some friends about a good burger joint in Kingston. I gave it a shot and I have to agree the food is great. The burgers are large portion, and the sweet potato fries where great along with the chipotle mayo. The two meals and an appetizer ran up a pretty healthy bill, but it was worth it.
Its a comfortable place to eat with medium to high level food in a relaxed atmosphere.
I sometimes eat at Bella because it's close to home and is a good alternative to the fast food and family style chains in the West end. The food is okay but I feel very overpriced. I think they think they're offering something very special and I suppose that's true in the West end but you can get better for the same price or less downtown. Lunch is your best bet for good value. The staff is quite nice and competent.

Heard great things about the chef/owners. What a disapointment, mediocre food, bad atmosphere, terrible service. Pretentious website that claims they have the best food around.
The atmosphere does not reflect the type of dishes and prices being served.Fine dining prices in a roadhouse. Although the pasta tasted okay there wasn't much of it. This place was a real disappointment.
