Shoppers Drug Mart

I ordered the prescription online on a Tuesday afternoon and picked up on Wednesday night around 930pm and it still wasn’t ready! The Pharmacist there is extremely rude. He questions my doctor’s prescriptions and then just tossed the bag at me since it was covered under my extended health. Just very unpleasant to deal with. This was my 3rd dealing with him and will no longer step foot in that store again! very unfortunate.

Always messes up my refills, out of stock, not ready when they tell you it will be, Ive been told to wait in the parking lot, waited 45 minutes came back and they said they cant fill it until tomorrow. Theyve refused to fill my prescription more than once because they disagreed with my doctors orders...Terrible service here for years avoid at all costs.

There’s one pharmacist who is rude to me and screws up my prescriptions and he questions my doctors ability and refused to refill a prescription because it was early even though my doctor wrote to fill it early. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for many years and never had any problems until now. I have brought this up to family and friends and some of them tell me they’re having the similar problems with the same pharmacist and that they have problems filling their prescriptions.

Such a disaster! Unorganized and rude staff. In recent months they have failed to fill my prescriptions or have lost my prescription. There always seems to be such a confusion behind the counter and if you voice your opinion with the manager she will simply tell you to go elsewhere. Awful customer service from the pharmacie team even their employees agree!

Employees are very polite and helpful. Always a smile for you each time.
