Stay away from this place. Horrible on every level. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Police needed to be involved twice for me to get my phone back. A two-day repair took over a week. I could not get a hold of anyone for most of it. Police needed to be involved to get my phone back. He yelled at one office and the other was left shaking his head at the owner's behaviour. Unreal.

Had my phone for 3 wks (long before pandemic) & kept switching stories. 1 min the phones being sent out to be fixed, next somebodies fixing it on location, and switch back again. Im not convinced this is even my phone as this one can’t even process recording a vid and everything else glitches out. Had this phone for a yr before they “fixed it”. To top it off while in the store, another customer was complaining to the about the same thing. Pt 1

Used for many years service has gone drastically down hill. 15 year old took in iPhone to have screen repaired. Picked up with aunt got in car checked screen with aunt still crack in upper right corner aunt and son went in to show owner he denied that it wasn’t fixed blamed son and refused to fix it. NEVER take your electronics there to be fixed he is shady and u reliable. And his service is -5 out of 10.
