Been going to new age auto since 2018 in Almonte ont and I can honestly say that I would never go back there again. I took my suv into have the crank sensor replaced but when they gave me my car back, the engine was surging up and down from 1000 rpm to 2000 rpm and told me this is how it was running, but the truth is that it was running and idling fine at 850-900 rpm. To fix a problem that I didn’t coz would be a couple hundred more to fix for something I did not do.

New age automotive did a horrible job on my vw golf not to mention made the car unsafe even though the purpose of bringing the car in was for a safety. Alignment was way off causing excessive tire wear, both steering boots were torn and i come to find that only 2 of 3 bolts are securing the ball joint in place. Paid over 1000$+ in return I get a car that is in worse condition than when i dropped it in the first place.Would strongly advise people to stay away from this garage.
