There is a saying "You will be lucky to get this person to work for you". In this case it is probably true. If you actually get them to do the work in an efficient timely manner you will be very lucky indeed. Everyone else will have to suffer a frustration beyond belief. Some of their techs are pleasant, competent and capable. Management and the rest are just beyond belief. They do not appear to have procedures or work standards. It is probably best that you choose another company.

This company booked an appointment to come in the afternoon, made one phone call and left a message on the house answering machine, showed up at 8:30 in the morning while nobody was home, then couldn’t reschedule till the following week because their agent only comes out our way two days a week! No accommodation or sympathy for being without our appliance for over two weeks and extremely poor attitude over phone. I can’t wait for them to get here and actually do what they are supposed to do!

I had to delay going to work to get their call around 8am to be told when they'd arrive that morning. The first two times he arrived with the wrong part. The third time when he called I asked him to check rather than wait for him to show up and check. Sure enough, wrong part again. Then they accidentally billed me almost $400 for the wrong part and labour. The correct part was $24 and he had said there'd be no charge for labour.
This business is not very accommodating to the lives of busy professionals like myself. I had to postpone work in order to wait for a replacement part that was broken by the repairman during a previous visit. If your services are in such high demand that you have to schedule your staff as though they are heart surgeons, then hire more people in the trade. I understand that the NSCC has a bountiful number of skilled tradesmen in refrigeration repair just chomping at the bit to be called up.
worst company I have ever dealth with. They take your money and don't fix anything
This company has the monopoly on Samsung Appliances in HRM. A monopoly is never a good situation for the customer is it? Well it defiantly isn't in this case! I've been trying to get my dryer fixed for weeks now. I've been waiting for the first service call, then the part and now the second service call, nothing takes less than a week with this company, so strap on your patience meter before you begin your journey. Today should have been the end of that journey for me but Noooooo. After staying home from work all morning today (I ask you how many of you can afford to take a morning off work, does your work load allow it? Mine doesn't.) On the day of my much awaited service call I have apparently missed it due to the inability of the service technician to ring the doorbell effectively. What? You may ask how this is my problem? IT SHOULDN"T BE, but I am now being made to wait yet another week to have my dryer fixed. There's "nothing they can do, their hands are tied". So are mine, They have my part already, and my money, so I cannot cancel and besides which since they have the monopoly on the product and service in Metro, who else will fix my dryer? I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. It will contribute to prevent me from buying another Samsung appliance ever. In fact if the washer or dryer breaks now, I will simply buy another one of a different brand. It would have cost less money and time by about $150.00 so far. I'll check in next week and let you know if they have in fact managed to fix the dryer. Somehow I have my doubt's my dryer will be functioning. My opinion...STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, THIS COMPANY IS A LOT OF HEADACHES.
