    dont order a small or medium

    my husband was in the boston pizza in fort nelson,got told he couldnt order a small or a medium pizza as they were out,what does that mean dont they make the crusts to order?so he ended up getting a large and when he got it the pizza wasnt properly cooked the cheese wasnt melted and he had to send it back,we have eaten at boston pizza many times and never had this happen,we are just wondering is this just cause its a small town or is this normal?
