The treatment I was given on September 16th when I came to pick up my new eye glasses and the treatment I received on August 25th when I selected and paid for my glasses was vastly different. On September 16th, the woman who was was supposed to help me collect my order did not ask me to sit at any of the vacant desks, but kept me standing at the front counter, where customers were settling their bills. I wasn't given a chance to try on the glasses properly and was turned out from the front door.
