I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I will for as long as I live in BC. Really helpful dentist with excellent staff at the front desk, I’ve had to call last minute to try and get an appointment for a chipped tooth and they have been able to fit me in last minute which is so appreciated

Ongoing painful nightmare since the week after my 2nd and last visit !! Will never recommend this place...

I loved this dent...

I loved this dentist, but unfortunately a family member fell down our stairs at 3 am and broke their foot. We went to the emergency room. When I called the dentist to inform them that this person is physically unable to make it. The lady was completely rude! Saying they need a 24 hour notice. I told them "not like we planned on them falling down our stairs and braking their foot!" She was very crabby, and said to call back when we're ready to reschedule the appointment & we now owe $50 for not informing them in time. She also stated that I could have called when it just had happened, sorry the dentist wasn't our first priority! My family and I have loved this dentist, always nice and understanding (Most of the time!). However; after this, I am very unhappy! I felt very disrespected. So note: if you're going to fall down a flight of stairs, be sure to call 24hrs ahead of time to inform them.

Quick, professional work. Knowledgable and friendly. Maybe the best clinic in my opinion. I wont even look at another dental clinic now Neil S
